Does This Sound Familiar?

Perhaps you’ve just received a diagnosis for your child, and the path forward feels uncertain. Or maybe you’re noticing challenges with developmental milestones, social interactions, or sensory processing. You see your child’s incredible potential and their unique spark, but you need a dedicated partner to help them share it with the world.

You are not alone. And you are in the right place.

A Coordinated Approach to Pediatric Therapy

We believe in treating the whole child, not just a single challenge. Our pediatric therapy services in South Carolina are designed to work together, building a comprehensive foundation for communication, daily living, and social success. We look beyond labels to see your child’s bright future, creating an integrated plan that helps them flourish.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Helping children gain independence in the “occupations” of daily life. We work on everything from fine motor skills like writing and dressing to improving sensory processing and coordination.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Empowering children by building crucial communication, social, and learning skills through positive, play-based strategies. Our modern ABA therapy focuses on celebrating progress and fostering a genuine love of learning.

Speech Therapy (ST)

Giving your child a voice and the confidence to use it. Our speech therapists help with language delays, alternative communication, feeding difficulties, and social communication skills.

Teacher Behavioral Support Training

Empowering educators with evidence-based strategies to foster positive classroom environments. Our training provides practical tools to manage challenging behaviors, support student well-being, and enhance learning for every child.

Parent Training

Guiding parents with practical skills to navigate challenging behaviors and build stronger family bonds. Our training offers positive, effective strategies to foster cooperation, communication, and a more peaceful home environment.

Therapy That Feels Like Play

You might be wondering, “Will my child be stuck at a desk all day?” Absolutely not. We believe children learn best when they are joyful, engaged, and moving in natural environments. Our therapy sessions might look like building a block tower on the living room floor or exploring a playground to practice gross motor skills.

Every child’s development is unique, and so is our therapy. We follow your child’s lead, using their interests to fuel progress toward developmental milestones. This isn’t about forced compliance; it’s about building a relationship of trust and fostering a genuine love of learning.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many hours of therapy will my child need?

The number of recommended therapy hours is unique to each child. After an initial assessment, our clinical team will develop a personalized treatment plan that outlines the recommended weekly hours needed to best support your child and help them achieve their goals. While a common range is between 15 and 35 hours per week, our focus is always on providing the most effective, individualized care for your child’s specific needs.

Do you have a waiting list?

Due to the high demand for quality ABA services, we sometimes have a waiting list. We understand that waiting can be difficult, and we are committed to connecting with new families as quickly as possible. Our process focuses on finding the right match for your child and family, considering your specific needs, location, and availability to pair you with a therapist who is the best possible fit. We invite you to contact our intake team to discuss current availability.

Do you provide services in schools?

Yes! We believe in supporting children in all of their learning environments. Our team collaborates closely with your child’s teachers and school staff to provide cohesive support in the classroom. This team-based approach helps your child build on their successes and ensures consistency between their school day and their therapy sessions.

Do you provide services in our home?

Absolutely. We offer therapy in the place your child is most comfortable—your home. In-home ABA therapy allows our therapists to teach important skills in your child’s natural environment. This approach is not only effective but also makes it easier for your entire family to be involved, empowering you with the strategies to best support your child’s ongoing progress.

Will my child be forced to sit at a desk all day?

Not at all! We believe that learning should be engaging and fun. Our therapy is dynamic and built around your child’s natural motivations and interests. While some structured learning may involve a table or desk, much of our therapy looks and feels like play. We teach on the floor, in the backyard, and out in the community. Our goal is to make learning a positive and natural part of your child’s day, wherever it happens.
